1. Structure of vertical welding insulated Dewar cylinder
The inner liner and outer shell of the vertical welding insulation Dewar are made of stainless steel, and the inner liner support system is made of stainless steel to increase the strength and effectively reduce the rate of heat loss. There is a heat insulation layer between the inner tank and the outer shell. Multiple layers of heat insulation materials and high vacuum ensure liquid storage time.
 
The inside of the shell is equipped with a built-in carburetor that can convert cryogenic liquid to gas, and the built-in booster can increase the pressure to a predetermined pressure and maintain stability during use, to achieve the purpose of rapid and stable use. Each insulated gas cylinder has a stainless steel ring structure on the top to protect the pipeline. The protective ring is connected with the cylinder body by four brackets, and each bracket is slotted to facilitate the use of a trolley and a crane to carry the gas cylinder.
 
All the operating parts are placed on the top of the Dewar to facilitate operation. In an independent use environment, the user can effectively control the use process through the discharge valve, booster valve, pressure gauge, liquid phase valve, etc. In order to ensure that the inner tank of the gas cylinder is below the safety pressure, the Dewar cylinder is equipped with a safety valve and an explosion-proof disc.
2. The use and characteristics of vertical welding insulated gas cylinder 
Used to transport and store cryogenic liquids such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid carbon dioxide, LNG, etc. The gas cylinder can be used to supply liquid or gaseous gases. Cryogenic Dewar has the characteristics of easy to use, safe and reliable, economic and durable:
 
(1) The support system of the inner tank is made of stainless steel to achieve the purpose of low heat loss rate and high strength.
 
(2) Easy to use, single person can operate independently.
 
(3) Store pure cryogenic liquids.
 
(4) Large gas storage capacity. The gas storage capacity of a DP175 Dewar is equivalent to more than 18 times the gas storage capacity of a standard high-pressure gas cylinder.
 
(5) In the deactivation phase of the gas cylinder after filling, the internal pressure will rise. The gas cylinder has a high-performance insulation system with a low rate of pressure rise. Normally, there is no need to reduce the pressure through a safety valve.
 
(6) The built-in supercharger and carburetor can realize continuous supply of gas or liquid, and there is no need to install an external carburetor in the case of design consumption.
