Factory inspection requirements for underground double-layer oil tanks

2. The ultrasonic method is used to inspect the double-layer buried oil tank to test whether the wall thickness of the oil tank body reaches the standard.
3. Use burning oil to check the welding seam of the oil tank, because the penetration force of the burning oil is very strong. If there are no mottled traces after applying the burning oil, it means that the welding seam connection is very strong. 
4. Use the magnetic flux leakage scanning technique to detect whether the bottom of the double-layer buried oil tank is corroded. Generally, if the magnetic flux scanning sensor does not change, it means that the tank bottom is qualified.
5.Finally, you need to measure the pressure at the bottom of the oil tank and calculate the amount of medium in the tank. If the quality is continuously decreased, that means there is a leakage at the bottom of the tank.
