Characteristics of carbon dioxide storage tanks

A carbon dioxide storage tank is a storage pressure vessel that exclusively stores liquid carbon dioxide medium. It has the characteristics of long service life, small floor space, compact structure, centralized control, convenient operation and maintenance. The equipment is highly demanding in terms of heat insulation and sealing, and can be repeatedly filled with a low temperature adiabatic pressure vessel.
 
The CO2 storage tanks are selected to operate with two sets of safety valves using “combination, safety valve”. When the safety valve is timed, it can be closed once, and the other side can continue to work to ensure the safe operation of the carbon dioxide storage tank. The raw material of the tank liner is 16MnDR, and the raw material of the tank is Q245R/Q345R. The carbon dioxide tank is made of hot pearl sand as the heat insulating material and vacuumed to achieve the heat insulation effect. The planned pressure of the tank is 2.2MPa. The function of liquid CO2 storage tank: high storage tank air tightness, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, low evaporation loss rate; unique internal and external bile support connection, more reliable structure; double-layer vacuum powder insulation, low thermal conductivity.
