Brief introduction to Dewar tank

Dewar storage tanks generally have 4 valves, namely liquid use valve, gas use valve, vent valve, and boost valve. There are also gas-phase pressure gauges and level gauges. Dewars are not only equipped with safety valves, but also bursting discs. Once the pressure of the gas in the bottle exceeds the take-off pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will immediately take off and automatically exhaust the pressure. If the safety valve fails or the gas cylinder accidentally causes the vacuum layer to be damaged, the pressure in the bottle rises sharply to a certain degree, and the rupture disks it sets will automatically rupture, thereby promptly reducing the pressure in the bottle to atmospheric pressure.
The Dewar stores medical liquid oxygen, which greatly increases the oxygen storage capacity. The oxygen storage capacity of a Dewar cylinder with a capacity of 175 L is equivalent to the oxygen storage capacity of 28 high-pressure gas cylinders with a capacity of 40 L, which greatly reduces the transportation pressure and reduces the capital investment. 
There are 2 ways to use Dewars:
1. Dewar tank gas usage valve, connect one end of the high-pressure metal hose to the Dewar gas usage valve and the other end to the busbar, first open the valve, then slowly open the gas usage valve, it can be used, most Hospitals can meet gas requirements only with gas-phase valves.
2.Cryogenic Dewar liquid use valve, connect the pipe where the Dewar liquid valve is located to the carburetor with a high-pressure metal hose, the size of the carburetor is configured according to the amount of gas used, and the seamless steel pipe is used to transport the gas, and the pipe is installed with decompression Valves, safety valves, and pressure gauges are used to control the safety of the gas supply system, which can not only use gas conveniently and stably, but also ensure safe use. When using the Dewar, please confirm the connection before opening the liquid use valve. If the gas pressure does not meet the requirements for use, you can open the booster valve. The pressure will rise and meet the requirements for use in a few minutes.
