1. When transporting pressure vessels, special attention should be paid to protecting the FRP layer of the outer layer of the SF double-layer oil tank. The transport vehicle must be made of sleepers with an arc shape, the diameter is the same as that of the double-layer oil tank, and a 10mm thick layer is laid on the sleepers The rubber cushion must be fixed with hemp rope or chemical fiber sling. It is forbidden to use metal articles to prevent the outer layer of the oil tank from being damaged. The outer layer can be bound by a straw double-layer tank to avoid damage to the outer layer of the oil tank and affect its use.

2. When lifting the oil tank with a lifting tool, the lifting lugs of the SF double-layer oil tank must be lifted. Other locations are not allowed to be hoisted. Choose the appropriate spreader according to the weight of the oil tank and the site location. The length of the spreader must be the distance between the two lifting lugs. More than twice, to avoid excessive damage to the spreader.

3. Before installing the SF double-layer oil tank, you should first check whether the curvature of the cement pillow, the center line, and the level of the three cement pillows are consistent, the center line is plus or minus 5mm, the concrete bolts exposed by the anchor bolts are not less than 100mm, and the cement pillow particles Less than 3mm, after passing the inspection, lay a 10mm rubber cushion on the top of the cement pillow, and then a lifting personnel will hoist the pressure vessel. The hoisting process should strictly abide by the operating regulations to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
4. The pre-embedded SF double-layer oil tank must be made of high-quality yellow sand. There should be no large particles of stones and hard debris. It cannot be filled with sea sand and acidic substances. Every 300mm of yellow sand must be watered once to ensure yellow. There is no gap in the sand.

5. After the pressure vessel is installed in place, fix the oil tank with fixing straps and embedded bolts. In order to prevent the strap from damaging the tank body, a layer of 5mm rubber pad must be added to the inner surface of the strap. Tighten to avoid partial damage to the tank body by the oil tank.
