1. The construction, inspection and acceptance of the anti-corrosion project of carbon dioxide storage tanks should be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications. After the surface of the anti-corrosion material is hard dried, the dry film thickness of the bottom, middle, and surface paint films should be measured separately. The total dry film thickness of the coating should meet the relevant requirements in this regulation.
2. Check the number of coating layers and the quality of painting, and conduct an appearance inspection after the coating is completed. The main inspection contents of the coating quality include: whether the coating is missing, rust-returning, bubbles, bottoming, sagging, wrinkles, etc., whether the coating is flat and smooth, and whether the color is uniform or not, and inspect the coating with a magnifying glass of 5-10 times If the pinhole condition is detected, or the wet sponge method is used to check the pinhole rate of the coating, the spot check rate should not be less than 5% of the coating area. 3. When each paint is applied, a wet film thickness gauge shall be used to measure the wet film thickness randomly. After the anti-corrosion coating of the carbon dioxide storage tank is completed and the paint film is solid, the thickness of the coating shall be measured with a thickness gauge.
4. The coating thickness of the carbon dioxide storage tank is required to be uniform, that is, 90% of the measured value should reach the specified dry film thickness, and the 10% value is allowed to be low, but it should be greater than "90% of the specified value", otherwise the number of coating passes should be increased Until qualified.
5. For electrostatic conductive paint, after the construction is completed and the paint film is dry, the resistivity of the coating must be measured with a paint resistivity tester. The electrical performance test result of the coating should be less than 109Ω, or the volume resistivity is less than 108Ω. m, and the test results should all be within the same order of magnitude.
