Operating procedures for filling carbon dioxide tanks

1. The safety requirements and measures specified in JB6898 "Safety Rules for the Use of Cryogenic Liquid Storage and Transportation Equipment" shall be followed during operation.
2. The operator should be familiar with the storage tank process and operating instructions; the pressure gauge valve and safety shut-off valve must be normally open.
3. Fully fill the initial filling and normal filling, the level gauge should be turned on before filling; during the initial filling, the carbon dioxide storage tank should be blown off and replaced with high-purity carbon dioxide to achieve the purity required by the standard.
4. The carbon dioxide storage tank truck is about 3M close to the lng storage tank. After all preparations meet the requirements, connect the tank truck infusion hose to the liquid inlet of the storage tank. When the tank truck is opened, the liquid outlet valve and the storage tank are blown out. When liquid is sprayed out from the valve, open the tank inlet valve, close the blow-off valve, and fill the tank with carbon dioxide.
5. Open the vent valve and monitoring valve during the filling process, and pay close attention to the level gauge and monitoring valve to prevent overfilling (filling factor 0.6).
6. After the carbon dioxide storage tank has drained the remaining liquid and residual gas in the infusion tube, remove the infusion hose.
7. When the monitoring valve sprays liquid, immediately stop filling, and close the tank truck outlet valve and storage tank inlet valve.
8. Close the monitoring valve and the vent valve.
