The spraying process is as follows:
1. Strictly carry out pre-coating treatment to make the surface of the pressure vessel free of oil, rust, oxide film, welding splash, dust and other mechanical impurities.
2. Use the grinding method to remove the surface irregularities and scratches, as well as the unevenness of the welding seam and the thickness of the weld during the maintenance and make it excessively smooth. Scratch coating is not allowed;
3. Use high-pressure airless spraying equipment or ordinary air spray gun to spray the first primer, which requires that the sprayed primer does not have defects such as leaky spray, flow marks, wrinkled skin, uneven surface and surface; 4. After the primer is completely dried, use sand cloth to roughen the surface of the primer first, and then use P240--P320 water sanding paper to polish the surface of the primer until the surface is smooth;
5. Use the ordinary air spray gun to spray the second primer, which requires that the sprayed primer is not allowed to have defects such as leaky spray, flow marks, wrinkled skin, and uneven surface;
6. After the second primer is completely dried, use a special inspection instrument to detect the dry film thickness of the primer sprayed. The dry film thickness of the primer is not less than 30μm, and then use a normal air spray gun to spray semi-gloss or no For smooth topcoats, it is sprayed and the paint is not allowed to have defects such as leaky spraying, sags, bubbles, cracks, wrinkles, uneven surfaces, and peeling, otherwise it should be repaired; the topcoat after spraying should be uniform and firm , If necessary, the thickness of the coating can be detected with a dedicated side inspection instrument.
