Since the vapor density of the stock solution in the chemical storage tank is mainly determined by the composition of the stock solution, it is usually unchanged. So, how to reduce the concentration of the stock solution and the volume of the steam mixture discharged to achieve the purpose of reducing consumption?
 
First of all, it is necessary to establish a sound supervision system for chemical storage tanks, reduce the number of operations, and use chemical storage tanks reasonably. When the temperature increases or the chemical storage tank is to be exhausted, the oil in the chemical storage tank can be arranged.
Generally speaking, the use of hair release fluid to reduce the pressure increase in the tank in the chemical storage tank can reduce the amount of loss. Not only that, but also check the tightness of the chemical storage tank, such as whether the breathing valve has failed. When using manual inspection, in addition to using the equipment, the inside and outside of the chemical storage tank should be minimized after inhalation in the morning or evening.
 
In addition, the gas space on the storage surface of the carbon dioxide storage tank must be eliminated, and outer floating roofs and inner floating roofs are now used. This not only eliminates the small breathing loss of the chemical storage tank, but also eliminates the large breathing loss of the chemical storage tank. In addition, reducing the temperature and changes of chemical storage tanks, or using highly reflective anti-corrosion coatings, can also reduce losses to a certain extent.
