Carbon dioxide storage tanks, cryogenic liquid CO2 storage tanks, double-layered containers composed of internal and external containers, vacuum powder insulation type, can be divided into two types: horizontal and vertical. Carbon dioxide storage tank pressures below 1.4 MPa are inoperable. Carbon dioxide liquids below 0.7 MPa will form dry ice, and the carbon dioxide liquids inside the storage tanks will condense into ice, which will be difficult to handle.

In order to avoid falling pressure, cryogenic storage tank supplier usually use the following processing paths to solve:

First, check the carbon dioxide storage tank to find out why:
1. Check whether the liquid and gas pipelines of the balance valve are unobstructed.
2, a new car into the liquid to see if the pressure is normal.
3. When the cryogenic liquid pump is operating, whether it is normal, to determine whether there is ice in the storage tank.
4. Check if the pressure gauge is normal.
5. If the above method is not effective, exhaust the pressure after emptying the liquid tank, and purge the inside of the tank with hot nitrogen. Do not use air to blow, because the air contains a large amount of water, it will stay inside the storage tank and condense into ice.
Secondly, the use of carbon dioxide booster system includes the following parts:
1. Self-supercharger can use air-temperature vaporizer, and the vaporization volume is 30 cubic meters.
2. Booster valve, a booster valve is installed at the gas outlet of the booster.
3.Pressure gauge
4.Safety valve

The cryogenic storage tank supplier recommends a connection method: a pipe is connected to the liquid inlet pipe or the liquid outlet pipe, connected to an external supercharger, and then the above components are connected in order, and the outlet pipe of the safety valve behind is connected to Above the vent tube of the storage tank, this can solve the problem of insufficient pressure of the carbon dioxide storage tank.
