Pressure regulation process of cryogenic liquid storage tank in gas filling station project

The cryogenic storage tank pressure adjustment process is to adjust the LNG saturated vapor pressure in the cryogenic storage tank before refilling the car. In this way, there are two types of submersible pump pressure adjustment processes.
1. Submersible pump pressure regulation process
The LNG liquid enters the submersible pump through the outlet of the cryogenic storage tank, and then enters the pressurized vaporizer for gasification after being pressurized by the submersible pump. The gasified natural gas returns to the gas phase of the cryogenic storage tank through the gas phase pipe of the cryogenic storage tank Space, adjust pressure for low temperature storage tank. When the submersible pump is used to adjust the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank, the inlet pressure of the booster vaporizer is the outlet pressure of the submersible pump. 2. Self-pressurization and pressure regulation process
The LNG liquid enters the pressurized vaporizer directly from the outlet of the cryogenic storage tank for vaporization, and the vaporized gas returns to the gas phase space of the cryogenic storage tank through the gas phase pipe of the cryogenic storage tank to regulate the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank.
With these pressure adjustment methods, the inlet pressure of the booster vaporizer is the sum of the gas phase pressure before the cryogenic storage tank is not pressure-regulated and the liquid column static pressure generated by the liquid in the tank, and the outlet pressure is the gas phase pressure of the cryogenic storage tank. The speed of pressure regulation is slow and the pressure is low.
