The low-temperature pipeline is led out centrally from the lower end of the tank, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. In order to ensure that the tank can stably and safely store cryogenic liquids, the tank is equipped with multiple safety devices and instruments: equipped with a liquid level gauge, a pressure gauge, an outer cylinder explosion-proof device in the interlayer, a combined safety system in the inner tank, and pipelines Safety valve, etc. Pay attention to the following when using vacuum cryogenic storage tanks:
Check the neck plug and neck ditch of the cryogenic storage tank, remove the ice on the neck plug in time, and do not place plastic cloth and other substances on the neck plug to increase the sealing performance and ensure the function of the cryogenic storage tank.
When it is found that the consumption rate of liquid nitrogen is too fast or water droplets appear near the neck of the cryogenic storage tank, and hoarfrost appears, it means that the insulation function of the tank is out of order and liquid nitrogen cannot be retained. In order to prevent corrosion of the tank wall, the inner cavity of the cryogenic storage tank needs to be cleaned once a year. Also pay attention to the cryogenic storage tanks to minimize transportation and reduce the number of times the cryogenic storage tanks are opened. If transportation is required, it must be fixed on the carriage with a rope to prevent falling, overturning, and lying down, and to prevent violent vibration as much as possible.
