(4) The safety valve of the pressure vessel should be inspected regularly to observe whether there is frost or condensation, and the safety valve on the storage tank needs to be re-calibrated after taking off.
(5) The external surface of the storage tank should be regularly inspected for abnormalities such as deformation, corrosion, frosting, and condensation. If problems with the pressure vessel are found, they should be reported and handled in time.
(6) The liquid level of the storage tank should be within the normal storage range. The upper limit of the liquid level is 85% and the lower limit is 15%. (7) There are pressure gauges and differential pressure level gauges on the cryogenic storage tanks, which have on-site instructions and remote transmission and transmission. The remote transmission is transmitted to the central control room as a collection of self-control data, and it needs to be regularly tested and verified. . The level gauge and storage capacity of the storage tank should be corrected according to the density of the storage medium of the pressure vessel.
(8) The first valve connected to the storage tank must not be a control valve for entering or exiting the material, and it is not allowed to open and close frequently. It should be kept in the normally open state and regularly switched on and off to maintain flexibility and ease of use.
(9) After the cryogenic valve is used for a period of time, liquid leakage will occur. If there is a slight leak in the upper gland, the packing gland should be tightly pressed. If the valve core cannot be closed, the valve core should be replaced. The cryogenic valve is strictly prohibited from oiling and water cleaning.
(10) No material shall be placed around the storage tank to obstruct the pedestrian passage and operation, and keep the site tidy.
