Liquid inlet of cryogenic storage tank

Cryogenic storage tanks are pressure vessels that we often use, usually used to store liquid gas, nitrogen, etc. The low-temperature pipeline of the storage tank is led out from the lower end of the tank body, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. Due to the different environments of cryogenic  storage tanks, it is necessary to pay attention to relevant operational matters when using.

Cryogenic storage tanks are used as special gas storage and transportation equipment. Before the first use, gas replacement treatment must be performed, and the air in the pipeline and storage tank should be purged with nitrogen.

The top filling liquid is designed with porous filling structure, which can make the low-temperature liquid stable when filling the inner container. Moreover, part of the gas phase in the inner vessel can be absorbed and liquefied at a low temperature to maintain the relative stability of the gas pressure of the inner vessel during the filling process.
What kind of structure does the cryogenic storage tank have?The supporting structure between the inner tank and the outer shell is supported by the upper stainless steel strap and the lower stainless steel tube. In the normal position of the equipment, the gravity load of the liner and its storage medium is transmitted to the casing through 3 stainless steel pipes, and then to the casing legs and the foundation of the equipment to avoid additional eccentric moment load The need for free contraction of the liner under low temperature working conditions.

Generally, the cryogenic storage tank we use is divided into an upper liquid inlet and a lower liquid inlet. The function of the upper liquid inlet DN50 is to discharge the liquid from the tank truck to the storage tank. The upper liquid inlet is usually used for the first pre-cooling and the first liquid inlet. Not much is used at other times. The lower liquid inlet DN50 is obviously the process nozzle that presses the liquid out of the storage tank. Overflow DN15 opens the overflow valve when the storage tank is 90% full. When the medium flows out, it proves that it has reached the designed filling line and can stop filling.
