1. Every shift shall carefully inspect the liquid cryogenic tank system every hour, check the external frosting, external leakage and sealing gas supply of the cryogenic tank, and deal with the problems in time if any.
2. The safety valve of cryogenic storage tank shall be inspected regularly and reinstalled in time.
3. The filling level of low temperature storage tank shall not exceed 95%.
Countermeasures for leakage of low temperature storage tank
1. Immediately stop the supply of liquid oxygen or liquid nitrogen to the cryogenic storage tank, open the blow off and discharge liquid, and immediately inform the dispatcher of the need for fire fighting and rescue personnel to enter the accident site.
2. Encircle the site, prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the accident area, set up a warning area to prevent personnel from entering by mistake; prevent static electricity, fire sources, etc. and immediately remove the surrounding flammable substances, do not use sawdust or other flammable absorbers to absorb, and do not directly spray water on the liquid. In case of liquid nitrogen leakage, oxygen alarm instrument shall be used for continuous test to avoid suffocation, ventilation shall be maintained, and water shall not be sprayed directly on the liquid.
3. To prevent frostbite accidents, wear protective equipment, including self-contained breathing apparatus; in case of frostbite, wash with plenty of water immediately, do not take off clothes and treat in time.
4. Use sandbags to block liquid flow to dangerous areas.
5. Contact with the hospital or emergency center for personal injury; evacuate in case of serious danger to personal safety.
6. Adjust the production load of the device as far as possible without affecting the operation of the device, and start the vaporizer to exhaust the liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen in the low-temperature storage tank as soon as possible.
7.Heat and replace the low temperature storage tank system, and repair the leakage point.
