Precautions for vacuum pumping of cryogenic tanks

The cryogenic storage tank should pay attention to the following aspects when vacuuming: the connection at the connection should be tight, the vacuum grease should be wiped, and there must be no trickle leakage. The vacuum pump should be continuously running without interruption. If the pump is stopped due to accidents or power outages, it should be disconnected from the vacuum layer of the storage tank immediately, otherwise the vacuum pump oil will flow back into the interlayer, causing pollution accidents. When the vacuum pump is running, pay attention to whether the cooling water is intermittent, and the temperature of the pump oil does not exceed 40 ℃.
Vacuuming should be carried out indoors when it is cold, otherwise the vacuum effect will be affected because the outdoor temperature is too low. Pay attention to the maintenance and repair of the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump should be kept clean and no other objects should be placed on the pump. 
In addition, the oil needs to be changed every time it is pumped. This is because the pearlite sand foam in the cryogenic tank is easily drawn into the cylinder of the vacuum pump during vacuum operation. If the oil is not changed and cleaned in time, the next vacuum will affect the vacuum. The oil change should be carried out after the oil temperature rises as far as possible. Pay attention to the amount of oil added. If there is too much oil, it will cause difficulty in starting, oil return, oil injection and other bad phenomena.
To use the Mais vacuum timer, it needs to be slowly rotated to an upright shape. After the measurement is completed, the original horizontal position must be restored immediately. To prevent the vacuum from falling, the cryogenic liquid tank is strictly forbidden to collide and drop during installation and transportation, and especially to prevent accidental cylinder explosion-proof devices and vacuum valves from colliding. If the airtightness test is divided, the leak should be dealt with first and then evacuated.
