3 When cryogenic storage tanks are used for high purity cryogenic liquids, blowdown treatment must be performed. The method is: using a dry oil-free air or nitrogen gas of 70 ° C ~ 80 ° C, heating and blowing off the inner container, the blowing time should be no less than 8 hours, and then replaced with product gas; for nitrogen lighter than air, should be from the air vent At the place of introduction, it is discharged from the bottom liquid inlet and outlet port. For oxygen or argon gas heavier than air, it should be introduced from the bottom liquid inlet and outlet valve and discharged from the vent valve. When the low temperature storage tank pressure reaches 0.1-0.2MPa, the discharge is replaced. The gas is repeated several times, and the purity of the discharged gas is detected, and the replacement can be stopped after the gas is exhausted; the product gas is also blown off for each valve pipe, and the purity requirement is satisfied; the positive pressure is sealed after replacement to prevent the outside air. 4 When the cryogenic storage tank is filled and stored in the general low temperature liquid, it is not necessary to perform the above-mentioned blowing replacement treatment.
5 For the first time of filling the cryogenic storage tank, it is recommended to use normal pressure filling, that is, open the inner container venting valve before filling, and then close after the full treatment filling, the inner part of the filling process is at normal pressure or low pressure, and the operation is convenient; For filling rare or precious cryogenic liquids, the inner cylinder of the cryogenic storage tank can be cooled with liquid nitrogen, replaced with a low-temperature product gas to a predetermined purity, and then filled with a low-temperature liquid, and can be filled with pressure when filling.
