What to do if the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank is too high

The problem that cryogenic storage tanks may often present is that the pressure is too high. The vacuum degree and dispersing method of the equipment itself, and improper dosage when using the cryogenic storage tank will cause the pressure of the cryogenic storage tank to be too high.

The vertical or horizontal double-layer vacuum insulated storage tanks used to store liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other media are called cryogenic storage tanks. The liquid gas must be stored in a cryogenic storage tank. The cryogenic storage tank is usually composed of an inner tank and an outer tank, filled with heat insulation material in between.

During the planning of the cryogenic tank, because the cryogenic medium in the storage tank has a conductive effect, the foundation soil is prone to freeze and expand and the soil body is uplifted, thereby forming root damage. To solve this disadvantage, except on the surface of the tank floor and the bottom floor In addition to the heat preservation method, the anti-freezing method should be adopted for the bottom of the storage tank. There are two general methods. One is to use electric or other heating systems in the bottom of the bottom, that is, a raft-type bottom with a circulating heating system. The other is to choose the bottom of the foundation to be aerial, and to separate the foundation from the foundation soil through the air layer formed by the overhead.

The planning and manufacturing of cryogenic liquid storage tanks can be described from three aspects:
Planning into inner and outer bile structure to reduce conduction. Vacuum is drawn in the interlayer to reduce convection. The interlayer is filled with insulation materials to reduce radiation.

Before filling the cryogenic storage tank, first check whether the shell is depressed, and whether the vacuum exhaust port is intact. If it is damaged, the vacuum will drop. In severe cases, the intake air cannot be insulated, so that the upper part of the storage tank will frost, the liquid loss will be large, and the value of continued use will be lost. Secondly, check the inside of the cryogenic tank. If there is foreign matter, it must be taken out to prevent the inner tank from being corroded.
