Daily maintenance of buried double-layer oil tank

(1) The maintenance of double-layer oil tanks should be carried out in accordance with the maintenance regulations for buried horizontal double-layer oil tanks. The maintenance of buried horizontal oil tanks is divided into annual maintenance, seasonal maintenance and monthly maintenance.
(2) Double-layer oil tank accessories need to be kept intact, regularly inspected, maintained, and recorded.
(3) The pressure vessel body should be clean, and the tank top should be free of water, oil and debris. The insulation layer of the buried horizontal double-layer oil tank is kept intact, and the protective layer is not damaged.
(4) Check once a month, and check the oil measuring hole of the oil tank before each use, and cover it after use.
(5) Pressure vessel breathing valves, hydraulic safety valves, and flame arrestors are inspected once a month, and once a week in winter. The breathing valve is flexible and easy to use. The oil level of the hydraulic valve meets the requirements and the oil quality is qualified.
(6) Double-layer oil tank lightning and anti-static devices are inspected once a year in spring and autumn, and the grounding resistance is not more than 10Ω.
(7) The crude oil heating system or hot oil spraying system and mechanical agitator in the oil tank should be kept intact.
(8) When the double-layer oil tank is cleared, the anti-corrosion situation in the tank should be inspected and maintained.
