Advantages of Dewar gas supply bus bar
Date: Aug 06, 2020
The cryogenic liquid bus is to gather multiple Dewar flasks, and directly flow the cryogenic liquid to the cryogenic liquid bus, and then vaporize and adjust to the gas point. The low-temperature liquid vapor flow row reduces the number of gas cylinder replacements, increases the gas flow rate, and has high gas supply pressure stability and low residual gas. It is the first choice for users with large gas consumption. The cryogenic liquid vaporizer and pressure stabilizing device are also used in conjunction with the cryogenic liquid bus.
The following points should be paid attention to when using Dewar gas supply busbar correctly:
1. Open: When opening the Dewar gas supply bus, the stop valve in front of the pressure reducer should be opened slowly to avoid sudden opening, which may cause the pressure reducer to fail due to high pressure shock. The pressure is indicated by the gas cylinder pressure gauge, and then the pressure regulator adjusting screw and the high pressure gauge are turned clockwise to indicate the required input pressure, and the high pressure valve is opened to supply air to the task point.
2. When the gas supply of the Dewar tank is stopped, only the adjusting screw of the pressure reducer needs to be loosened. After the high pressure meter is zero, the shut-off valve is closed again to prevent the pressure reducer from being temporarily pressurized.
3. The high-pressure chamber and the high-pressure chamber of the pressure reducer on the Dewar supply manifold are equipped with safety valves. When the pressure exceeds the allowable value, the exhaust is automatically opened, and the pressure drops to the allowable value and then it is closed automatically. Do not pull the safety valve.
4. When the Dewar gas supply busbar is installed, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the connection part to prevent debris from entering the pressure reducer.
5. Air leakage is found when the Dewar gas supply bus is connected to a part. It is usually due to insufficient screw tightening force or damage to the gasket. The sealing gasket should be tightened or replaced. 6. It is found that the pressure reducer on the Dewar gas supply bus is damaged or leaking, or the pressure of the high pressure gauge keeps rising, and the pressure gauge does not return to zero. It should be repaired in time.
7. The Dewar gas supply bus should use one medium according to the rules and should not be mixed to prevent risks.
8. Oxygen bus bars are strictly prohibited from contacting grease to prevent extinguishment and fire.
9. Dewar gas supply busbars should not be installed in locations with corrosive media.
10. The gas bus bar shall not inflate the gas cylinder in reverse.
