Generally, the production of plastic water tanks is much simpler than that of chemical cryogenic storage tanks. The reinforcing ribs used in the water tanks are square and concave; while the reinforcing ribs used in chemical cryogenic storage tanks are convex, steel strips are required if special requirements are required. . And the plastic water tank is mainly for storing water. The water is non-corrosive and the relative specific gravity is relatively small. Therefore, the plastic water tank is thinner than the tank wall thickness, generally 5mm-10mm, and the interface is a post-addition type silk port connection, followed by an interface. Easy to leak.

The chemical low-temperature tank is mainly composed of chemical raw materials, which has a certain corrosivity, heavier specific gravity, and lower temperature. Therefore, the tank thickness of the chemical low-temperature storage tank must be at least 18 mm or more. And the interface is rotomolded once, and the inlet, outlet and liquid level are integrally formed without welding, which prevents the leakage of the interface. All the nozzle connections are flanged due to the production process of the low temperature chemical tank. It is more complicated than a plastic water tank, so its manufacturing requires the corresponding hazardous chemical packaging container production license qualification. And also pay attention when purchasing chemical low-temperature storage tanks. After selecting a strong manufacturer, you must also understand the materials, origin, commodity origin, and specific parameters of the low-temperature liquid storage tank such as thickness and weight,diameter and other data.

All these are done, and also check whether the outer packaging of the chemical low-temperature storage tank is intact and whether there are scratches. The specific parameters of the low-temperature storage tank are measured, mainly whether the size, thickness, and amount are within the specified range. Does it have the taste of plastic glue?
