Basic inspection of underground storage tanks

The double-layer storage tank is mainly used to store chemical solvents and petroleum products, and can be widely used in enterprises and units such as chemical industry, printing and dyeing, ink, gas station and so on. Compared with the single-layer iron storage tanks currently widely used in China, it has greatly improved both in quality and service life, and has obvious characteristics and advantages in terms of safety, economy, and environmental protection.

The leak detector was installed on the basis of the single-layer steel storage tank processed in accordance with the specifications, and at the same time, the surface of the single-layer storage tank was coated with a reinforced glass fiber layer to form an underground storage for waterproof corrosion and electrolytic corrosion protection layer Tanks, which we collectively call steel-reinforced glass fiber storage tanks, hereinafter referred to as SF double-layer storage tanks.

The installer must conduct an overall inspection of the storage tank foundation before installing the underground storage tank.
Cement pillow inspection items:
1.The arc of the cement pillow manufacturing matches the diameter of the storage tank.
2.The center line of the radian of each pillow must be the same, and the level must also be measured. (± 5mm)
3. The height of the lower end of the arc of each pillow must be consistent. For example, among the three concrete pillows, the middle pillow can only be lower on both sides. (-3mm) It can be detected by horizontal plane detection method. 4.The lateral distance of the cement pillow must be consistent with the basic drawing, and the lateral error (± 10mm). Note that the detection hole position should not be on the base.
5. For the embedding of embedded bolts, the height must be corrected after the embedding of bolts on a 300mm thick concrete foundation. The height of the exposed concrete of the embedded bolts should be at least 100mm.
6.The curved surface of the cement pillow and the storage tank must be free of obvious particles, and the particle impurities must be ≤3mm.

The above items must be confirmed to be correct before installing other matters. If there are incomplete areas, all SF double-layer storage tanks must be completely corrected before installation.
