Underground double-layer oil tank construction scheme for gas station

1. Slope excavation for underground double layer oil tanks and pools. The excavator digs the soil, and the drainage ditch is built around the back and the bottom, and the north-south blind ditch and water collecting well are built in the middle. When excavating, you should dig old soil. In the event of dark soil, quicksand, etc., try to solve it in time.

2. The cushion of the tank. Backfill with medium coarse sand, the height of the cushion layer is 30cm, and then level the oil sand at the bottom of the oil tank for hoisting.

3. Double-layer oil tank lifting. According to the operating conditions at the site, choose to bury underground oil tank tools. Check the appearance quality and external corrosion protection of buried oil tanks before lifting. Check the outriggers and wire ropes of the crane before lifting, then lift. 4. Backfilling of tanks and tanks and filling of tanks with water.
(1) After lifting, double-layer oil tanks are filled with water and the groundwater level is monitored. Scaffolding steel pipes are used to prevent the oil tanks from shifting when the tanks are floating or backfilling. Pay attention that the water level in the tanks must not exceed the water level in the tanks.

(2) Backfilling sand: backfill sand around the tank body of the underground double-layer oil tank, and backfill soil at other parts. The stones should not directly contact the tank body to avoid damaging the anti-corrosion layer outside the tank.
