Precautions for installation of fire-resistant and explosion-proof breathing valve

The fire-resistance and explosion-proof breathing valve of the double-layer oil tank is a safety equipment for oil tank fire prevention and ventilation. In order to solve the inconvenience in cleaning, overhauling and replacing the fire barrier layer of the existing oil tank explosion-proof fire-stop breathing valve, and can not prevent the fire source from entering the valve body.
The double-layer oil tank explosion-proof and fire-stop breathing valve includes a breathing valve body, a breathing port outside the valve body, and a fire-resisting layer, and the fire-resisting layer is fixed on the breathing port outside the valve body. The adoption of the above structure can facilitate the cleaning, maintenance and replacement of the fire barrier layer, and can completely prevent the fire source from entering the inside of the valve body, avoiding the deformation of the components in the valve body due to heat, and improving the safety performance of the explosion-proof fire-stop breathing valve. Mainly used in fixed pressure vessels for Class A and Class B liquids. The following is a detailed introduction to how to install the explosion-proof fire-stop breathing valve.
Installation steps:
1. The breathing valve should be installed at the highest point of the gas source of the double-layer oil tank to reduce material evaporation loss and smoothly provide the most direct and largest passage to the breathing valve. Generally, for those vertical oil tanks, the breathing valve should be installed as far as possible in the middle of the top plate of the tank top. For oil tanks that require a thermal insulation layer on the tank top, they can be installed near the ladder platform;
2. When two breathing valves need to be installed, they should be arranged symmetrically with the center of the tank top;
3. If the breathing valve is used on the nitrogen sealing tank, the position of the nitrogen gas supply pipe should be far away from the breathing valve interface and inserted into the storage tank from the top of the tank about 200mm, so that the nitrogen gas is not discharged directly after entering the tank to achieve the purpose of nitrogen sealing. Maintenance:
For the safety of the explosion-proof and fire-stop breathing valve, the corrugated fire-stop layer should be removed and cleaned regularly within 3-6 months to ensure that each hole on the fire-stop layer is unblocked and blocked to ensure safe and normal use. Regularly check whether the movement of the positive and negative valve disc of the ventilation gas is flexible, and whether the guide rod and the valve disc contact the sealing surface are damaged. If damaged, replace it immediately. During inspection, maintenance and re-installation, the joint surfaces in the valve should be tightly matched, and the valve disc can rise and fall flexibly.
