Fire protection requirements for double oil storage tanks

1. Double-layer oil tanks should be kept clean and tidy. There should be no hay, no oil pollution, and no combustibles in the fire dike.

2. Non-explosion-proof electrical equipment and high-voltage overhead lines should not be installed in the tank area.

3. The fire dike in the tank area of the pressure vessel should be set up according to regulations, and the fire dike must be intact and not damaged.

4. The top of the oil tank should be free of oil and water. The oil lines and valves of the double-layer oil tank need to be insulated. 5. The top transparent hole, gauge hole cover and gasket of the pressure vessel oil storage tank must be kept intact, and the hole cover should be tightly covered. The oil metering port should be fitted with a non-sparking metal gasket.

6. The base of the breathing valve and hydraulic safety valve on the oil storage tank should be equipped with a flame arrester. Pressure vessel flame arresters are checked at least once a quarter.

7. Duplex hose compensators should be installed in the double-tank oil inlet and outlet pipelines.
