Standards and requirements for installing double-layer oil tanks at gas stations

The underground of the gas station is filled with oil tanks, and the gasoline or diesel fuel that is usually added to the vehicles comes from the oil tank. In the process of installing the double-layer oil tank, some details need to be put in place to avoid leakage during later use and cause pollution to the environment around the gas station. So, what standards are there in the process of installing double-layer oil tanks?
 
The oil tank is buried and the top cover of the pressure vessel should not be less than 0.5m. The double-layer oil tank should be backfilled with clean sand or fine soil, and its thickness should not be less than 0.3m. The operating platform and ladder of the oil tank are considered by the selection unit.
 
The buried horizontal double-layer oil tank operation well is designed for buried horizontal oil tanks, and both should be used together. The height of the operation well is controlled by the buried depth of the oil tank. The selector should adjust the height of the operation well given in the figure according to the actual buried depth of the pressure vessel, and adjust the relevant dimensions at the same time.
 
For areas with high groundwater levels, the chooser should adopt anchoring and anti-floating measures for buried horizontal oil tanks. Pressure vessel equipment can also be used for heavy fuel oil, but the required heaters and other related components are provided by the chooser. The liquid level gauge port is mainly used for the glass plate liquid level gauge equipped with on-site liquid level indication. The liquid level control in the oil tank should be considered by the selector according to the engineering automatic control control plan.
 
Whether the bottom valve of the buried horizontal oil tank material outlet is installed and its connection and other issues shall be considered by the selector. As the buried horizontal double-layer oil tank is buried in the ground, the tank shell will bear a certain external load. Therefore, the design of the pressure vessel is calculated according to the external pressure of 0.1 MPa.
