The inner tank and shell of the vertical welded insulated gas cylinder are made of stainless steel, and the support system of the inner tank is made of stainless steel to increase the strength and effectively reduce the rate of heat loss. There is a heat insulation layer between the inner liner and the outer shell of the pressure vessel. Multiple layers of heat insulation materials and high vacuum ensure liquid storage time.
 
The inside of the dewar shell is equipped with a built-in carburetor to convert cryogenic liquid into gas, and the built-in booster can increase the pressure to a predetermined pressure and maintain stability during use, to achieve the purpose of rapid and stable use. Each insulated gas cylinder has a stainless steel ring structure (protection ring) on ​​the top to protect the pipeline. The protective ring is connected with the cylinder body by four brackets, and each bracket is slotted to facilitate the use of a trolley and a crane to carry the gas cylinder.
 
All operating components are placed on the top of the gas cylinder for easy operation. In an independent use environment, the user can effectively control the use of the Dewar through the discharge valve, booster valve, pressure gauge, liquid phase valve, etc.
 
In order to ensure that the liner of the gas cylinder is below the safe pressure, the pressure vessel is equipped with a safety valve and an explosion-proof disk.
