Production heating method of double tank

The production heating method of double-layer oil tanks can be widely used in double-layer oil tanks

1. Steam or hot water indirect heating method: It is to pass water vapor or hot water into the tubular heater in the double-layer oil tank or the heating jacket of the oil tanker to heat it up and heat the oil. Steam or hot water does not directly contact oil products and is currently widely used in heating pressure vessels.

2. Hot oil circulation heating method: a part of the oil is continuously drawn out from the pressure vessel where the oil is stored, and then returned to the pressure vessel and mixed with cold oil after heating. Accompanied by mechanical stirring, the heat transfer is faster.

3. Electric heating method: There are 3 types of resistance heating, induction heating and infrared heating. The infrared heating method has simple equipment, high thermal efficiency and convenient use, and is more suitable for heating pressure vessels and oil tankers. There are also solar heating methods. 4. Hot water cushion heating method: It transfers heat to the oil by means of the hot water cushion under the oil. Continuously replenish hot water and replace the cooling water to maintain the temperature of the hot water cushion, which can supplement heat through steam. This method is selected when there is a convenient source of hot water.

5. Steam direct heating method: The saturated water vapor is directly passed into the oil being heated. This method is easy to operate and has high thermal efficiency, but the condensate will affect the quality of the oil. It is only suitable for fuel oil, agricultural diesel oil and other oil products that do not require high water content.
