About the important role of cryogenic storage tanks

Cryogenic storage tanks are often called cryogenic tanks or liquid nitrogen storage tanks. Its structure can be divided into two layers. The layer is the inner layer, which is made of austenitic stainless steel, and the outer layer is made of interlayer filled with some insulation materials. After making the product, they let it be evacuated. 

The cryogenic storage tank is used for cryogenic liquid storage of gases such as liquid oxygen or liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide. We usually replace one hundred and thirty gas cylinders with one cubic meter of liquid. The cryogenic storage tank can replace the reverse transportation of the gas cylinder, thereby saving a lot of manpower and material resources to a great extent.   The type of cryogenic storage tank produced is Class B, and the fire resistance level is Class 2. The fire separation distance between the cryogenic storage tanks shall not be less than half the diameter of the larger tank of the two adjacent tanks. The fire separation distance between the oxygen storage tank whose volume is less than or equal to 50m3 and the workshop where it is used is not limited. The interval between nitrogen and argon storage tanks should meet the construction and repair requirements, and should not be less than 2m. 

Lightning and anti-static grounding devices must be installed in the area of cryogenic storage tanks. Annually invite qualified units to check the grounding resistance regularly. The flange connection and threaded connection of the equipment, pipelines and valves on the cryogenic storage tank should be connected with metal wires, and the connection resistance should be less than 0.03Ω.
