Check of liquid oxygen cryogenic storage tank

When the liquid oxygen cryogenic storage tank is in working condition, there are potential dangers such as leakage, overpressure, explosion, etc. If it is not discovered in time to deal with the hidden dangers before these accidents, it will develop into a serious accident. Therefore, the development of a sound cryogenic storage tank inspection system and careful implementation is very important to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank. The daily inspection of liquid O2 cryogenic storage tanks mainly includes the following contents:
1. Whether the valve or pipeline leaks, whether the shell is frosted or sweating.
2. All valves are in normal open and close state.
3. Whether the instrument (level gauge, pressure gauge) works normally, and whether the DCS display parameters are consistent with the on-site table.
4. Whether the pressure of the storage tank is normal. When the pressure is close to or equal to the highest pressure, the vent valve should be opened to relieve pressure.
5. Regularly check the vacuum level of the ,liquid oxygen storage tank and the liquid oxygen filling rate is over 95%.
6. For normal pressure powder insulation storage tank, whether the sealing gas is normal.
7. It is strictly forbidden to place flammable, explosive materials and all kinds of debris near the liquid O2 storage tank.
8. Fireworks are strictly prohibited near liquid oxygen storage tanks.
9. Test the acetylene and total hydrocarbon content in the liquid oxygen of the storage tank at least once a week. when it is exceeded, liquid oxygen must be discharged in time for replacement treatment.
10. Is the grounding of the liquid oxygen cryogenic storage tank good?
11, if not long-term suspension, to ensure that there is a certain amount of liquid in the tank, so as not to re-cool the replacement tank and use it for a long time.
12. Whether the legs are damaged, whether the foundation sinks, slopes, cracks, and the fastening bolts are in good condition, and the tank body is deformed.
