Installation process of underground fuel storage tank

1. Before installing the fuel storage tank, check the radian, centerline of the cement pillow, and the level of the three cement pillows. The centerline is 5mm, the anchor bolts are exposed to the concrete not less than 100mm, and the cement pillow particles are less than 3mm.

2. After passing the inspection, apply a 10mm rubber cushion on the cement pillow, and then have a hoisting person to hoist it. The hoisting process must strictly observe the operating regulations to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

3. After the double-layer fuel tank is hoisted and placed on the cement pillow, check whether there is a gap between the cement pillow and the fuel tank. If there is a gap, use a rubber pad to plug it to ensure that the storage tank is evenly stressed. 4.Fixing of double fuel storage tank
After the fuel tank is installed in place, fix it with fixing straps and embedded bolts. To prevent the strap from damaging the tank, you must add a layer of 5mm rubber pads to the inside of the strap. When tightening the strap, tighten both sides to avoid local Forced to damage the tank.

5.Embedded double-layer fuel tank
Fuel tanks must be embedded with high-quality yellow sand. There should be no large-sized stones and hard debris. Sea sand and acidic large substances cannot be used for filling. Every 300mm of yellow sand buried must be watered once to ensure that there is no gap in the yellow sand.
