Characteristics of large volume Dewar

Jianshen company Dewar flask is a stainless steel pressure vessel with vacuum insulation, designed for storage, transportation and use of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon or carbon dioxide. These containers are manufactured according to the DOT4L standard and are used to transport and store cryogenic liquid gases. According to the different volume of company Dewar, there are 175L, 195L, 210L, 450L, 499L and other specifications.
Dewar products are divided into medium-pressure specifications 1.59MPa, high-pressure specifications 2.5MPa, ultra-high pressure specifications 3.5MPa, used for reliable and economical transportation and storage of cryogenic liquid gases, such as: LNG, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon or carbon dioxide. Main performance characteristics:
1. Mainly used for transportation and storage of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas and liquid carbon dioxide.
2. Adopt high vacuum multi-layer insulation to ensure low evaporation rate.
3. The built-in carburetor automatically provides 10Nm3/h stable and continuous gas.
4. The gas-saving device preferentially uses gas-phase space overpressure gas.
5. Adopt international general CGA standard joints, all imported valve configuration.
6. Unique shock-absorbing ring design meets frequent transportation requirements.
