In the process of using cryogenic liquid argon storage tank, the pressure sometimes gets lower and lower. The original pressure in the tank has been maintained at 2.2MPa. But what's the matter with the increasing use of cryogenic liquid argon storage tank? Will such a large pressure cause the explosion of cryogenic liquid argon storage tank?

We all know that the pressure of cryogenic liquid argon storage tank is lower than 1.4mpa, and it can not work. When the pressure of cryogenic liquid argon storage tank is lower than 0.7MPa, dry ice will form. Once dry ice forms, the storage tank will be very troublesome. It will be difficult to solve the problem that the liquid of cryogenic liquid argon storage tank condenses into ice.
For users, it is often stated that the pressure of cryogenic liquid argon storage tank keeps decreasing during use. In order to prevent the pressure from constantly decreasing, the following method can be used to solve the problem

Check the low temperature liquid argon storage tank to find out the cause
1. Check whether the liquid-phase and gas-phase pipelines of the balance valve are smooth.
2. Inject a new vehicle of liquid to see if the pressure increases.
3. Check whether the low temperature liquid pump works normally to determine whether there is ice separation in the tank.
4. Check whether the pressure gauge is normal
5. If the above method is not effective, the tank can be purged with hot nitrogen after using the liquid and empty tank
Inside, do not use air to blow, because air moisture content is large. It will remain inside the tank and condense into ice.
The pressurization system of cryogenic argon storage tank includes the following parts:
1. Self supercharger; air temperature vaporizer can be used, and the vaporization capacity is 30 cubic meters.
2. Booster valve: install a booster valve at the gas outlet of the booster.
3. Pressure gauge
4. Safety valve
The connection mode is: connect a pipe from the liquid inlet pipe or the liquid outlet pipe to the external supercharger, and then connect the above parts in turn. The outlet pipe after the final safety valve is also called the return pipe, which connects to the vent pipe of the storage tank, so as to deal with the problem of insufficient pressure.
