Pre-cooling operation of liquid natural gas storage tank and matters needing attention

Pre-cooling operation of cryogenic natural gas storage tank:
1. Start the tank truck to pressurize. When the tank truck pressure rises by about 0.3MPA, open the tank truck's liquid outlet valve and enter liquid at the top of the tank (it is strictly forbidden to use the bottom of the tank, and the pre-cooling should be done slowly). When the pressure of the storage tank rises to about 0.1MPA, close the tank truck outlet valve.
2. Open the discharge valve of the storage tank to replace the storage tank and the pipeline equipment, after passing through the vaporizer to the pressure regulating skid to vent, the pressure drops to 0.05MPA (the pressure of the storage tank should not be lower than 0.05MPA, always pay attention to the pressure of the storage tank), close the release valve .
3. When the concentration of the discharged natural gas reaches the standard, the tank truck is normally pressurized. If the standard is not met, continue to replace.
4. When the pressure rises to about 0.4MPA, open the tank truck's liquid outlet valve and enter the liquid from the top of the storage tank (it is strictly forbidden to use the bottom to enter the liquid, and the pre-cooling should be performed slowly).
5. The rapid rise of the pressure of the storage tank indicates that the pre-cooling is not normal. Repeat steps 2 and 4, and unload the truck normally when the pressure of the storage tank is stable.
Pre-cooling notes for liquid natural gas storage tanks:
1. During pre-cooling, the pressure difference between the tanker and the storage tank is controlled under 0.3MPA.
2. The pre-cooling speed must be slow to ensure a steady drop in the temperature of the storage tank.
3. It is strictly forbidden to increase the pressure of the storage tank above 0.5MPA. If it does, close the tank inlet shut-off valve, open the release valve and release directly until it drops to normal pressure, and then proceed to normal steps.
4. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to directly touch the low temperature pipeline with their skin. Pre-cooling directly from the bottom of the storage tank is strictly prohibited. Use storage tanks to replace natural gas to replace liquid outlet pipes, vaporizers, pressure regulator skids and other equipment.
