Structure of liquid nitrogen storage tank:
1 cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tank adopts vacuum insulation, and the insulation material is pearlescent sand.
2. The top filling structure of the tank is designed with porous filling structure, which can make the cryogenic liquid stable when it is filled into the content device. Some of the gas in the container can be absorbed and liquefied at cryogenic, so as to maintain the relative stability of the gas phase pressure of the container during the filling process.
3. The support structure between the tank and the shell of liquid nitrogen cryogenic storage tank is supported by the upper stainless steel strap and the lower stainless steel pipe. Under the normal working position (vertical), the gravity load of the tank tank and its storage medium is transmitted to the shell through three stainless steel pipes, and finally to the shell legs and equipment foundation to avoid additional eccentric moment load. The structure also ensures the free contraction of the tank under the cryogenic working condition of the pressure vessel.
4. The cryogenic pipeline is led out from the lower end of the tank for easy operation and maintenance. In order to ensure the stable and safe storage of low-temperature liquid in the tank, multiple safety devices and instruments are set in the tank body: liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, explosion-proof device of outer cylinder is set in the interlayer, combined safety system is set in the inner tank, and pipeline safety valve is set in addition. 1.Gas replacement treatment of liquid nitrogen storage tank
Before the first use of the tank, the gas replacement treatment must be carried out, and the pipeline and the air in the tank shall be replaced by nitrogen purging.
2. Pressure stabilization and troubleshooting of liquid nitrogen storage tank
Open the input valve of the tank supercharger to increase the pressure in the tank. In case of emergency, open the gas discharge valve to relieve the pressure. Under the working condition, the overpressure of the storage tank can be relieved by the safety valve and bursting disc.
3 liquid nitrogen tank measurement
According to the reading of liquid level gauge, the actual loading volume of liquid nitrogen storage tank can be read out with reference to the liquid level comparison table; according to the pressure gauge, the working pressure of storage tank can be read out; during the maintenance or operation of storage tank, if the pressure rise speed of low-temperature storage tank is abnormal, the vacuum degree of interlayer can be measured by vacuum thermocouple gauge.
