When the outdoor environment temperature is low and the temperature of the natural gas at the outlet of the air-temperature gasifier is lower than 5 ° C, a water bath heater should be connected in series at the outlet of the air-temperature gasifier to heat the gasified natural gas.

Characteristics of LNG cryogenic storage tank:
1. The process characteristic of LNG cryogenic storage tank is "cryogenic storage, normal temperature use". The design temperature of the storage tank should be at least -196 ℃, and the temperature of the outgoing natural gas should not be lower than the ambient temperature of about 10 ℃.
2. LNG cryogenic storage tanks, valves, pipelines and fittings have better cold-keeping performance. 3. The equipment, pipelines, instruments, valves and their accessories in the cryogenic area of the LNG cryogenic storage tank have better performance under cryogenic conditions, and have good mechanical strength, sealing and corrosion resistance.
4.Cryogenic storage tank equipment is required to meet the design requirements under ordinary climatic conditions and achieve the maximum gasification flow.

5. Cryogenic storage tanks, gasifiers, pipelines, and filters are all pressure vessels, so their management must be managed as pressure vessels. Such as welding, transformation, maintenance or moving the position of the pressure vessel on the pressure vessel body must be reported to the pressure vessel supervision unit.
