3. Connect the filling hose, fill 5kg of LNG for the first time, let the gas bottle stand for more than 3 minutes, and then evacuate the gas in the LNG dewar
4. Reload 3kg again, let stand for more than 30 minutes, evacuate the gas in the LNG Dewar again, and then reinstall.
5. After the pressure vessel is reinstalled, let the LNG Dewar stand for 30 minutes and observe the pressure change. Under normal circumstances, the pressure gauge should have no obvious value changes. At the same time, observe whether there is frost on the gas cylinder body, and confirm that the increase The pressure valve, emptying valve and discharge valve are in the state and closed. If there is any abnormal situation, please make a clear mark on the pipe body.
6. LNG dewars with obvious pressure increase are sent to customers for priority use. After use, they are placed in the repacking site and sealed, and they are forbidden to be used again.
7. During the process of sealing the pressure vessel, observe the pressure changes daily. When the pressure of the tank is higher than 1.5M Pa, perform the pressure relief operation.
