Precautions for use of low temperature liquid oxygen storage tank

1. The gas cylinder of low-temperature liquid oxygen storage tank shall be placed in a well ventilated place with a distance of not less than 1.5m from the fire source and heat source. It is strictly forbidden to bake the tank with fire, scald it with boiling water or expose it to the sun. It is necessary to check the air tightness of the valve and pipeline joint of the storage tank frequently, keep it free of air leakage, use soap water to check the air leakage, and use open fire to test the leakage.
2.When igniting, the igniter shall be ignited first, and then the gas shall be opened. This sequence shall not be reversed. In the process of use, it shall be guarded. It is not allowed to leave the low-temperature liquid oxygen storage tank, to prevent the water from boiling and overflowing to extinguish the fire, resulting in the explosion caused by the flow of liquefied gas. After the use of the gas cylinder, it is necessary to close the valve to prevent the gas leakage from the storage tank.
3.The liquefied gas in the low-temperature liquid oxygen storage tank cannot be used up, and there should be relative residual pressure, which should generally be greater than 49.03kpa (i.e. 0.5kg/cm2 gauge pressure), so as to prevent air from entering the storage tank. After the liquefied petroleum gas is used up, the residual liquid in the storage tank is also a kind of inflammable substance, so it is not allowed to dump by itself, so as to prevent fire caused by the flow and evaporation of the residual liquid. 4.low temperature liquid oxygen storage tank is a kind of pressure vessel, which shall be well maintained and regularly inspected. During the transportation and use process, the tank shall be prevented from falling or hitting. It is not allowed to knock and open the tank valve with an iron tool. It shall be prevented from direct sunlight and long-term rain. Low temperature liquid oxygen storage tank shall be inspected once every two years.
5.where the gas is easy to leak, it is not enough to only rely on the windows for air exchange, and attention should be paid to the ventilation of the lower part of the liquid oxygen cryogenic storage tank.
