Precautions for installation of skid mounted LPG gas station

1. LPG skid stations must have fireproof and explosion-proof performance. The armored gas station shall be supplied as a whole equipment and supplied by the supplier as a whole. The fireproof, explosion-proof performance and performance of the automatic fire extinguisher of the oil tank shall be tested and certified by the relevant state agencies.

2. The oil tank of the LPG skid station should be equipped with a high liquid level alarm, a liquid level gauge, an automatic fire extinguisher, an emergency pressure relief device, an anti-overflow device, and an internal combustion suppression device. The oil tank oil pipeline shall be provided with a high temperature automatic oil cut-off protection valve.

3. The oil storage tank of the LPG skid station shall be able to withstand the effect of 1h standard flammable liquid fire at 90% loading without the phenomenon of oil tank leakage, tank failure and pressure relief function being blocked.

4. When the LPG skid station adopts double-walled oil tanks, an oil leakage monitoring device shall be provided at the bottom between the two tank walls.

5. The LPG skid station should be equipped with a container for spilling oil when unloading oil.

6. LPG skid stations should be equipped with lightning protection and anti-static facilities. 7. The starting temperature of the automatic fire extinguisher should not exceed 95 degrees.

8. The oil tank should adopt the upper oil inlet mode. If the inlet pipe joint is located at the lower part, the high point of the inlet pipe should be higher than the highest level of the tank. Hose fittings should be fast self-sealing joints.

9. The height of the oil pipe outlet pipe from the bottom of the tank shall not be less than 0.15m.

10. The tank should be pressure tested. The pressure test of the tank should comply with the current national standards.
