Inspection process of LPG storage tank

1. To review the drawings of pressure vessel:
(1) Is the validity and compliance of liquefied gas storage tank drawings consistent
(2) If the lpg storage tank is classified into three types of pressure vessels, check whether the risk assessment report of liquefied gas storage tank is complete
(3) Whether the drawing design of pressure vessel is reasonable and economical
(4) If the lpg storage tank needs to be changed during manufacturing, check whether the design change order is approved and signed by the designer

2. Inspection process for transplantation of materials and marks for liquefied gas storage tank:
(1) The license mark and number of special steel plate for lpg storage tank shall meet the requirements
(2) Material specification of all pressure components of lpg storage tank, and each steel plate of special steel plate shall have original quality certificate
(3) In case of other copies, the inspection seal and handler seal of the Distributor shall be provided
(4) The contents of the quality certificate of pressure vessel shall be complete and clear, with the seal of the liquefied gas tank manufacturer, and consistent with the material mark
(5) When the storage tank is accepted and put into storage, it shall be classified as "three areas"
(6) If there is material substitution in the manufacture of lpg storage tank, it shall be approved in writing by the designer
(7) The welding materials of the storage tank shall be provided with quality certificates and clear and firm marks, and shall meet the requirements of laws, regulations and standards 3. Inspection process of appearance and geometric dimension of lpg storage tank:
(1) There shall be no crack, incomplete penetration, incomplete fusion, air hole, crater, unfilled, slag inclusion, undercut and other defects on the welding joint surface of liquefied gas storage tank; the weld and base metal shall be smooth transition, and the appearance of fillet weld shall be concave smooth transition
(2) The surface of pressure vessel shall be free of corrosion, crack, bubble, scab, fold, inclusion, delamination and mechanical damage
(3) The inner diameter, thickness, roundness, length and straightness of the shell of liquefied gas storage tank shall conform to the design drawings and standards
(4) The minimum thickness of the head of the pressure vessel shall meet the requirements of the drawings; the outer circumference of the head shall meet the requirements of the head standard.
