Firstly, the installation site of the liquid oxygen storage tank should have good ventilation. Generally, it should be installed outdoors, surrounded by fences. There should be no open flames, combustible explosives and low-lying areas within 5m; and there must be grounding devices and lightning protection. Device. The anti-static grounding resistance is not more than 10Ω; the maximum impact resistance of the lightning protection device is 30Ω, and it is detected at least once a year;

Secondly, the filling rate of the cryogenic liquid oxygen storage tank shall not exceed 95%. Excessive filling is strictly prohibited; the pressure gauge is strictly prohibited from oil and is regularly checked; the safety valve must be made of stainless steel or copper, periodically checked and strictly removed; when the valve is on the equipment When the instrument, pipeline, etc. are frozen, apply nitrogen, air or heat to freeze at 70-80 °C, and do not allow open flame heating;

In addition, when there is liquid in the cryogenic liquid oxygen storage tank, it is forbidden to repair the fire. It must be warmed to normal temperature to repair; the concentration of acetylene in liquid oxygen is analyzed periodically (for example, 15 days), and its concentration is controlled below 0.1×10-6, otherwise Liquid oxygen should be discharged; when liquid oxygen is stored in a sealed state, some people must monitor the pressure and must not overpressure;

Finally, when the liquid oxygen storage tank has drained the liquid and cannot be heated immediately, all valves must be closed immediately. Because the temperature inside the tank is very low, the humid air will invade the inside through the connected pipes, causing an accident in which the ice blocks the pipeline. Operators must be professionally trained and qualified to take the job. Do not wear chemical fiber clothing that has oil or static effects, and do not wear shoes with nails. It is slow to open and close the valve during operation. The booster valve should be closed when it is deactivated; liquid oxygen must not be splashed onto unprotected skin to avoid severe frostbite.
