Precautions for safe use of gasification pressure regulating device

1.The lower pressure value of the cryogenic storage tank shall not be lower than 0.3MPa, and the pressure of the storage tank shall not be lower than 0.4MPa when using gas. If the pressure of the storage tank is too low, insufficient air supply will occur. The normal operating pressure of the tank is 0.4mpa-0.6mpa. The higher pressure value cannot exceed 0.75mpa.
2.The higher pressure value of tank car pressurization must be 0.05Mpa lower than the opening pressure of tank car safety valve. When the pressurization is too high, the safety valve of tank car will be opened, and there will be a large amount of gas-liquid mixture discharged, resulting in frostbite danger and waste. It is strictly prohibited to stand at the safe discharge port of tank car to avoid frostbite of discharged gas-liquid mixture.
3.In order to avoid overpressure, professional station control personnel must monitor the equipment self pressurization and tank car pressurization in the gasification station.
4. All valves of gas-liquid connection of cryogenic storage tank must first open the gas valve, and then close the liquid valve to avoid insufficient gas supply of storage tank.
5.Better continuous use of the gasifier switching time is 4 hours, not more than 8 hours. The specific situation can be switched according to the frost degree of the tank vaporizer and the temperature change at the outlet of the air temperature vaporizer.
6.When the outlet temperature of the gasifier of the storage tank is lower than - 5 ℃, the water bath electric auxiliary heater shall be opened, because the material of the pipeline and valve in the pressure regulating skid of the pressure vessel is carbon steel, and the service temperature of the carbon steel material shall not be lower than - 20 ℃, otherwise, the carbon steel valve may break under the cryogenic environment for a long time, resulting in unnecessary danger.
7.If there is leakage at the pipeline and valve joint of pressure vessel, do not panic, use special tools to fasten it, and pay attention not to be frostbitten by the leakage during operation.
