Gas station unloading process

The unloading process of a gas station is divided into three parts: preparation before unloading, operation during unloading, and finishing after unloading. Gas stations must operate in strict accordance with the unloading process, not only to ensure the safety of gas station operations, but also to ensure the safety of gas station employees during the unloading process.

1. The tanker truck enters the station and enters the unloading area, and the vehicle is parked

2. Static grounding, after reaching the oil stabilization time (not less than 15 minutes), the double-layer oil tank is ready to be unloaded

3. When connecting and unloading oil, use oil and gas recovery hose to connect the tank's air return pipe to the oil and gas sealing joint of the pressure vessel

4. Open the oil and gas recovery valve of the oil discharge port of the oil tank

5. Connect the oil unloading connector of the tank truck and the ground tank with an oil unloading hose, confirm that the oil is correct, and that the oil unloading hose and the air return pipe are not connected wrong 6. Open the oil drain valve of the tank truck

7. After the oil from the tank truck no longer flows out, first close the oil drain valve of the tank truck

8. Remove the oil discharge hose, and then close the oil and gas recovery valve of the oil discharge port of the double-layer oil tank

9. Remove the oil and gas recovery hose from the tank truck to complete the fueling
