(1) The grounding of horizontal oil tanks should comply with regulations (for oil tanks with a capacity greater than 50m3, the grounding points should not be less than two, and the spacing should not be greater than 30m, and the points should be connected in a ring loop, and the grounding body should be symmetrically arranged. Ground and semi-underground oil tanks that have been grounded for lightning protection can no longer be grounded separately for anti-static grounding).
(2) The measuring hole of the oil tank should be equipped with a ground terminal, and the ground terminal should be standardized and in good condition. (3) The paint on the inner wall of the oil tank should meet the requirements (the paint with a higher conductivity than the oil contained in it should be painted, and the thickness of the paint layer should not be greater than 1.5mm), and the special steel strip (pillar) for discharging static electricity in the tank should not be painted .
(4) A flexible jumper wire is to be provided between the floating roof of the horizontal oil tank and the tank body, and it shall meet the requirements and be intact (no less than two contacts and the cross-sectional area of the jumper wire shall not be less than 25 mm2).
(5) The electrostatic grounding wire of the oil tank should be connected to the grounding body or the grounding trunk separately, and there is no mutual series grounding phenomenon.
(6) There should be no floating objects that are not reliably grounded on the surface of the oil in the pressure vessel.
