Material selection of double layer oil storage tank base

When the double-layer oil tank is buried in the ground, you need to use the base to support the oil tank. So as the base support of the oil tank, what is its material? The following will introduce you to the base material of the pressure vessel.
The double-layer oil tank must use the concrete base as the oil tank support.
The advantage is:
1. The concrete has good corrosion resistance and will not be deformed when buried deep underground, which can effectively protect the outer layer of the oil tank.
2. The concrete has a high self-weight, which can effectively prevent the double-layer oil tank from moving.
3. The concrete base is constructed together with the oil tank anti-seepage tank, and the structural strength is high. 
Reasons why the double-layer oil tank cannot use the carbon steel base:
1) The carbon steel bearing is welded with carbon steel plates, which has low corrosion resistance. If it is buried deep underground, it is easy to deform the base due to corrosion, thus losing the support for the pressure vessel.
2) Carbon steel bearings are generally designed for easy transportation and are not buried underground with pressure vessels such as oil tanks.
3) The cost is high. Even if the carbon steel support is used, a concrete foundation should be used to fix the double-layer oil tank to prevent the oil tank from drifting.
