The breathing valve, hydraulic safety valve and flame arrester of the double-layer oil tank are inspected once a month and once a week in winter. The breathing valve is flexible and easy to use, the oil level of the hydraulic valve meets the requirements, and the oil quality is qualified.

6. The anti-lightning and anti-static device of the double-layer oil tank is inspected once every spring and autumn, and the grounding resistance is not greater than 10Ω.

7. The crude oil heating system or hot oil spraying system and mechanical agitator in the oil tank should be kept intact.

8. When the double-layer oil tank is cleared, the anti-corrosion condition in the pressure vessel tank should be checked and maintained.
