Matters needing attention when removing the double-layer oil tank

1. Make preparations. Prepare double-layer oil tank fire protection equipment to prevent sparks during demolition and combustion with residual objects in the buried oil tank. Pay attention to whether the site of the pressure vessel equipment is level and whether there are personnel present to supervise.

2. The equipment required for cleaning before the construction of the buried double-layer oil tank is: explosion-proof fan, foam and ignition point detector. The explosion-proof fan is to exchange gas for the oil tank, remove the gas that can generate explosion, and ensure the safety of the oil tank removal. Clean the residue in the oil tank with foam, and then open the hole cover for disassembly.

3. Cut off the connection between the dismantling of the double-layer oil tank and the adjacent double-layer oil tank and the oil inlet and outlet pipelines, so as to disconnect the double-layer oil tank and other oil tanks, and then turn off the power supply of all facilities around the pressure vessel. 4. Start the disassembly of the pressure vessel, install a reinforcement ring on the bottom circle of the tank to be removed, weld the lifting lugs, and configure the suspension rods in the tank. After that, the tank wall and the tank bottom plate are removed and cut to separate the tank wall and the tank bottom plate as a whole. In the process, the first circle of the tank wall should be cut off and the tank body should be put down at the same time. Cut a circle of tank walls in turn until all the tank walls are cut.

5. Hoisting and hoisting machinery must be operated by specially trained operators. Other personnel are strictly prohibited to use it. All kinds of lifting machinery must work within the allowable load range and must not exceed the load standard. During the entire hoisting process, the construction personnel should obey the command.
