1. The anti-floating problem of oil tanks should be considered in the design specifications of newly-built gas stations. A full-page foundation should be designed in the irrigation area, and 2~3 cement concrete tank pillows should be designed at the bottom of each double-layer oil tank (depending on its capacity) , The anti-floating steel belt is fixed when the tank-sleeper concrete is poured, and the anti-floating steel belt is welded firmly after the oil tank is put down and corrected. Design 1~2 seepage wells at the back end of the oil tank farm, and prepare a submersible pump for pumping, so as to remove the bottom water in time during heavy rain and continuous rainfall;

2. In order to prevent oil leakage caused by the floating of the double-layer oil tank, the thickness of the oil tank steel plate used should not be less than 5 cm, and the double-layer oil tank should be supported inside;

3. Install a Z-shaped pipe at the point where the pipeline penetrates the wall at the entrance of the double-layer oil tank to avoid breaking the pipeline and damaging the pressure vessel accessories when the tank is floating;

4. Keep the flange joints of the double-layer oil tank well sealed to prevent water seepage in the tank due to too long soaking time;

5. Maintain a reasonable volume of the double-layer oil tank, and try to keep the oil in the oil tank within the tank capacity during the rainy season to prevent excessive buoyancy of the oil tank; 6. In the event of continuous heavy rainfall, the inspection of the oil tank irrigation area should be strengthened to achieve real-time monitoring and pay close attention to the soil moisture content of the pressure vessel irrigation area in order to quickly take emergency measures.

Construction and acceptance of vertical cylindrical steel welded oil tanks and double-layer oil tanks built on the ground to store liquid petroleum and petroleum products. The oil tanks should be constructed in accordance with the design documents and the design should be modified when necessary At the time, the consent of the original design unit must be obtained. The prefabrication, installation and inspection of double-deck oil tanks shall use measuring instruments and testing instruments of the same accuracy level.
