How to test pressure of sf double oil tank

1. Open tanks and tanks should be tested for full water before installation; closed tanks and oil tanks should be tested for hydraulic pressure at 1.5 times the working pressure, but not less than 0.4MPa. Inspection method: full water test, after being filled with water, stand for 24 hours without leakage; in the hydraulic test, there is no pressure drop, no leakage or leakage within 10 minutes under the test pressure.
　　
2. Some construction units did not perform full water test on open boxes and tanks before installation. As a result, water seepage and leakage occurred after they were put into use. In order to avoid common problems, in accordance with relevant regulations, the double-deck tank full water test should be left for 24 hours to ensure the reliability of the full water test.
　　
3. The air tightness test of buried double-layer oil tanks should be done before burying, and the test pressure drop should not be less than 0.03MPa.
Pressure vessel inspection method: observe under test pressure for 30 minutes without leakage, no leakage, and no pressure drop.
　　
4. After the installation of the process piping connecting the boiler and auxiliary equipment is completed, a system hydraulic test must be carried out. The test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of the system.
　Pressure vessel inspection method: the pressure drop within 10 minutes of the test pressure does not exceed 0.05 MPa, and then it is reduced to the working pressure for inspection without leakage or leakage. 2. It is not recommended to use gasoline to burn the filter element when the fuel tank maintains the gasoline filter. Some driver friends like to use gasoline to burn the ceramic filter element to remove impurities on the filter element when maintaining the gasoline filter. Doing so is easy to cause fire and at the same time affects the service life of the filter element.
