How to test pressure of sf double oil tank

1. Open tanks and tanks should be tested for full water before installation; closed tanks and oil tanks should be tested for hydraulic pressure at 1.5 times the working pressure, but not less than 0.4MPa. Inspection method: full water test, after being filled with water, stand for 24 hours without leakage; in the hydraulic test, there is no pressure drop, no leakage or leakage within 10 minutes under the test pressure.

Pressure vessel inspection method: the pressure drop within 10 minutes of the test pressure does not exceed 0.05 MPa, and then it is reduced to the working pressure for inspection without leakage or leakage.
