About the detection method of the oil tank

Different chemical storage containers need to be tested after they are manufactured, and the materials used for container manufacturing are different depending on the medium to be stored, so the detection method is different.
Here are some methods for detecting oil fuel tanks:
1. Fuel storage tanks wall test: Fill the newly built or repaired oil tank with water test to check whether the tank wall is tight and perform visual inspection on the tank wall and weld.
2. Detection of tank wall thickness: When materials enter the site, the inspection income pool must be carried out. The above oil tanks are mainly tested by ultrasonic waves, and the efficiency is high.
3 Tank bottom detection: Magnetic flux leakage scanning technology is used to detect the corrosion condition of the tank bottom plate (such as corrosion depth and area, length of crack, etc.). When the tank bottom is tested, there is no debris and
dryness. Helium gas can also be injected into the bottom of the tank to detect the leak point at the bottom of the tank.
